The EBC Kevlar series has now been renamed NAO series or Non-Asbestos Organic. Uses the famous Dupont Kelar fiber in conjunction with other high tech fibers that have come on the market. Kevlar/NAO vs. Sintered Metal? The sintered metal pads provide more immediate grab at beginning of braking and can be more abrasive on your rotors. The kevlar pads are made from an organic substance and provide more gradual braking power. With the kevlar pads your stopping power will get progressively stronger as you brake.

* The NAO series are a superb all round value-for-money replacement for all levels of motorcycle and are still extremely popular with many riders who prefer the "feel" of organic pads.
* Fuly TUV and KBA certified and conform to the new ECE R90 brake regulations which are about to hit the European market.
* Most EBC organic pads have expansion grooves which reduce noise and prevent cracking.
* The aramid fiber compound with non-ferrous particles helps to prevent surface scorching under load.

These pads are the grippiest street legal brake pads you can buy. They benefit from the highest friction HH rating for maximum stopping power. Kevlar//NAO vs. Sintered Metal? The sintered metal pads provide more immediate grab at beginning of braking and can be more abrasive on your rotors. The kevlar pads are made from an organic substance and provide more gradual braking power. With the kevlar pads your stopping power will get progressively stronger as you brake.

* Europe's first and only ECU R90 approved pads
* Made from sintered copper alloy like organic/NAO pads for longer life and perfect braking under all conditions
* When required, unique stainless steel radiator plates are fitted to reduce heat transfer into brake hydraulics.
* The unique double segment vented design keeps the pads cooler and prevents pad drag and overheat or fade.
* The iron powders commonly used in many sintered pads that cause the pad to "weld" to the disc under corrosion when the bike is parked were removed and replaced with stainless powder.
* After 5 years and millions of sets sold the formulation was upgraded again to SB101C material which completely eliminated brake noise, improved the pads heat cycling capability and imporved feel.
