The deeply pocketed driver seat is a full 17" wide and sits you at the ideal cruising angle. The driver's back is well supported by the nose of the passenger seat that extends forward to create a full 8" backrest. The passenger sits comfortably in a 14" wide bucket that utilizes Mustang's unique internal steel support wings.All seats feature braided edge trim. The three-piece set includes the built-in driver's backrest that offers more features than any other backrest on the market.

The marine-grade fiberglass baseplate features rubber bumpers to prevent it from touching the frame and fender. Solo utilizes stock key latch. Passenger seat mounts with three 6mm screws. Both the solo and pad are built on marine-grade fiberglass baseplates, complete with chrome mounting hardware. Note: Interstate models need M78042 bolt set for mounting passenger seat. Put a note in order notes if you need these and we'll include them.

Mustang Valkyrie seats are designed for maximum comfort. They measure no higher than stock seats, but may initially feel slightly firmer.

It can also be used with most of Mustang's recessed passenger seats, but might interfere slightly with the front end of other Mustang rear seats. Mustang's recessed passenger seats come with a leather patch to help protect the seat from the driver backrest adjustment knob.

This offset post cannot be used in any of the Mustang frame-mounted driver backrest kits that are made for the Harley-Davidson FLHT, FLTR and FLHR models. It is not recommended for seats on which the driver backrest is built into the passenger seat (Honda 1100 Sabre, Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic or Nomad and Harley-Davidson V-ROD)
