With a choice of four different size baffles, the PowerMaster™ allows you to choose the performance and sound level you want. The heavy gauge steel baffles are wrapped with sound and heat diffusing ceramic matting, which is held in place with a breakthrough clamping method. (Most baffle mats dislodge in the first 100 miles, but not these.)
Combining those innovations with a proprietary high temperature inner coating and premium 4 step chroming process allows us to offer not only a one year limited warranty against manufacturers defects in chrome plating and blueing, but also a amazing limited lifetime warranty* against blueing for the bodies of the mufflers. These mufflers crank out 4-5 additional horsepower from the moment you slip them on, and require no fuel injection modifications like re-jetting, "race tuning" additional EFI modules, "re-mapping", or "dealer-downloads" when used with the 1.75" or 2.00" baffles.
To use the 2.25" or 2.50" baffles, additional fuel must be supplied to engine. The best solution is the addition of a PowerMaster™ EFI module*, which are easy to install and adjust. Ten or more horsepower can be gained by combining the muffler, baffle and EFI module with a K&N Hi Flow Air Filter**. When ordering choose the part number of the muffler style and baffle size you would like installed in them. The baffles can be easily replaced by removing one screw, so you can quickly change baffles for louder or quieter sound (along with performance change).

When the newly redesigned 2009 Touring models were released, it gave us the opportunity to take the ultra-clean aesthetic of Big Shot Duals to a new level. Reversing the layout of the last generation Big Shot Duals, we’ve routed the rear cylinder header out the right side of the bike and vice versa for the front cylinder. This allows the exhaust system to form visually uninterrupted horizontal lines for a more sleek and forceful appearance.Complementing the streamlined layout of the exhaust, Big Shot Duals are sheathed in 2-1/2” full coverage heat shields with no exposed seams and finished with straightcut machined billet end caps. Optional slash cut billet end caps and handcrafted fishtail tips are also available. Fitted with our louvered core baffles standard for an aggressive big-bike roar, Big Shot Duals can also be tuned for a richer tone with our optional quiet baffles.
And to top it off, this latest version of Big Shot Duals continues to be the best value available in chrome and in high temperature black ceramic with contrasted chrome end caps, Big Shot Duals can’t be beat for a true-dual full exhaust system on 2009 model year Touring bikes.

After countless dyno tests Pro Pipe Hi-Output was built utilizing tuned length headers that step from 1-3/4” to 2-1/4” to optimize exhaust gas velocity and scavenging while also maintaining the perfect balance of exhaust back pressure, assuring crisp throttle response and maximum roll on power. In addition, the merge collector features handcrafted internal knife edging to further improve scavenging efficiency through the collector.
Following the collector, the megaphone immediately tapers out to a 3-1/2” muffler body that expands to 4 1/2” for increased baffle area. Our exclusive Vance & Hines baffle features reverse cone engineering that allows maximum power yet omits the perfect exhaust note rumble for any hi output motor. Keeping its focus on performance, Pro Pipe Hi-Output retains the signature cues of the Vance & Hines Black Line with its high temperature ceramic coating and contrasted machined billet end cap.
