The RevTech® engine case is made form 356T6 cast aluminum and has added material in all high-stress areas for superior strength. It has removable press-in/bolt-in bearing inserts on the left and right sides of the cases. It features O-ring base and head seals instead of gaskets, which are leak/blow proof and very reliable, and the removable bottom sump-plate permits internal inspection. RevTech® cylinders have improved design with more fins overall, and longer fins in certain high-heat areas for better cooling. Steel liners are Perma-locked into the outer aluminum castings and cast pistons are used for controlled expansion and reduced engine noise. O-ring based seals are used instead of gaskets. RevTech® cylinder heads have D-shaped exhaust ports for maximum flow and performance. They are machined for dual plug applications and have a wider-spaced head bolt pattern. O-ring head seals are used instead of gaskets for increased reliability. RevTech® flywheels are made of forged 4340 steel for superior strength and have one-piece design flywheels and shafts. RevTech® oil pumps are made with the late style external pump for improved efficiency and increased volume and have a chrome cover. The carburetor is Mikuni HSR42 with an intake manifold that is closely matched to the port for maximum flow. The cam is a RevTech® '50' with .495" lift for good torque across the rpm range. The ignition is a Thunder Heart® ignition module and pick-up. RevTech® Engines include the following chrome accessories: Rocker box covers, lifter blocks, smooth cam cover, pushrod covers, RevTech® oil filter and bracket, hardware and air cleaner.

These brackets replace the Original Equipment black plastic air boxes when installing custom air cleaners with flat backing plates.

Ingenious design completely eliminates the throttle pipe and housing. Converts the end of the handlebar into a single cable throttle. The throttle cable is routed through the bar so all components are hidden from view. Requires cutting 3.94" off of the right bar end to install. For 1" bars.

From Kennedy's Custom Cycle. As the throttle grip is twisted, it pulls the internal cable end on a machined track opening the carburetor butterfly. It converts to a single cable throttle similar to early designs with the cable routed through the bar so all components are hidden. Requires cutting the right bar end to install. For 1" bars.
