The Black Star finish is an extremely hard ceramic coating. It is a semi gloss black color that withstood surface temperature up to 1100F. It is a baked on coating that is solvent and gasoline resistant.

These pipes are identical to the 3" Chrome Res-Techs other than the black ceramic finish and the black contrast billet end caps. These pipes feature Reduced Exhaust Sound Technology.
