This footpeg mount allows one to fine tune their riding position. Measuring 4-1/2” long with a 1-1/4” offset, the rider may now increase or decrease the reach to the highway peg. Installing this kit moves your stock driver boards outward 3/4 of an inch. It doesn’t sound like much, but it really makes a big difference. You don’t have to hug the gas tank with your thighs to get your foot fully on the board. They also help to alleviate some of the heat build-up by allowing the hot air to get out between your leg and the bike. All bolts are stainless and the spacers are powder coated black for durability. Running Board Extenders are compatible with fairing lowers & now offered for '09-'12 Touring Models.

A perfect match to our Flush Mount Gas Cap, The Informer's sleek, low profile design incorporates both an L.E.D. fuel gauge and an L.E.D. battery gauge. A daylight sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the L.E.D.'s. The fuel gauge has a string of color coded L.E.D.'s to indicate fuel level. When full, a single green L.E.D. will be illuminated at the right end of the string. When the tank is virtually empty, a single red L.E.D. will flash at the left end of the string. Red L.E.D.'s appear from empty to 1/8 tank, amber L.E.D.'s appear from 1/4 to 1/2 tank, and green L.E.D.'s appear from 5/8 to full.

New for 2008, our Patent Pending design allows the rider to select the fuel level at which the red "empty" L.E.D. illuminates. The stock float and sending unit are notoriously inconsistent and often contribute to inaccurate readings at the gauge. Want the gauge to read empty when the bike is on fumes? No problem. Want the gauge to read empty when there is still a gallon left in the tank? No problem, the choice is up to you.

The Battery Gauge is an array of L.E.D.'s that indicate the operating voltage of the bike's electrical system. Green L.E.D.'s represent the normal, safe operating range of your charging system, 12.5v to 14.5v. Amber L.E.D.'s warn the rider that the bike is not charging. If the reading drops below 10v or exceeds 15v, a flashing red L.E.D. will alert the rider.

Note: Fits all H-D models with fuel gauge mounted in left fuel tank.

It is important to remember that the reason we offer so many versions of Boomerangs is not due to differences in the frame itself, but due to components bolted to the frame that affect installation of our covers. Exhaust support brackets will directly affect which covers to order. Please read the applications notes carefully before ordering. These are the finest levers on the market today. You see, your forefinger is your strongest finger. But, other levers won't let your strongest fingers work. Kuryakyn levers allow the forefinger to get a real grip, making it much more comfortable and easier to pull the lever. Now your foot is no longer “under” the brake pedal, resulting in easier & more natural braking. All levers are beautifully polished & chrome-plated steel. They have a bronze bushing with a grease fitting for smooth operation & long life.  Note: on ‘02-later models, the extended brake pedals provide only slightly more extension then stock, but the brake pedal pad is slightly lower and flatter, making the transition from board to brake more natural.
