The interior shapes, especially the critical radius leading into the carb or throttle body, have been carefully designed. The outer cover incorporates an additional scoop to direct air into a high-flow, washable foam filter element that seats snugly in the end of the round K&N filter element. A mounting bracket/adaptor is a necessary item for mounting your choice of Thunder Air Kits to your Roadstar. The mounting bracket listed for the Roadstar will work for mounting all listed Thunder Air Kits. Thunder Manufacturing adaptors are designed for performance, and are easy to install and use. Note that when changing your airkit you will need to use an electronic fuel control system. If you already have a Powercommander you must remap it for the Thunder Airbox. Likewise if you have a Lightning FI or similar your settings will need to be adjusted accordingly.

• Laminar Flow Technology - An internal velocity stack shaped structure serves to smooth and accelerate the air column. The result is an increase in flow and easier, more consistent jetting.

When installing a HSR carburetor on you Roadstar you need a set of cables that fits. We took care of figuring out the fittings and all the other details about this and we offer a set of beautifully braided throttle cables covered in clearcoat forprotection of your paint and chrome. Available in any length, we have some pre-made "cuts" for most applications. Call us for custom lengths.

Note: these cables are available only as part of an order with the HSR carburetor or as a replacement for our customers.

These Stainless steel cables are the highest quality available, covered with Barnett's exclusive extruded Teflon clearcoat for superior look and complete protection of your bike's paint and chrome. The Telfon clearcoat is guaranteed to not discolor from sunlight exposure. The cable has a stainless steel inner wire and Teflon lined inner casing to provide smooth, reliable performance. Friendly Suggestion: The Micron Filter elements are easy to lose - get a spare or two so you have one along.

"A product so simple, no one wants to believe it really works!" This interesting product installs in your bike's stock intake manifold, turning it into a mixing chamber of sorts.
