Both Thunder Kits and Baron's BAK will fit the 42mm or 45mm carbs.
You'll also need a new set of throttle cables, sold seperately.
The 42 mm includes additional main jets for fine tuning the carb.

When installing a HSR carburetor on you Roadstar you need a set of cables that fits. We took care of figuring out the fittings and all the other details about this and we offer a set of beautifully braided throttle cables covered in clearcoat forprotection of your paint and chrome. Available in any length, we have some pre-made "cuts" for most applications. Call us for custom lengths.

These Stainless steel cables are the highest quality available, covered with Barnett's exclusive extruded Teflon clearcoat for superior look and complete protection of your bike's paint and chrome. The Telfon clearcoat is guaranteed to not discolor from sunlight exposure. The cable has a stainless steel inner wire and Teflon lined inner casing to provide smooth, reliable performance. Barnett has provided Motorcycle cables since 1948.

We can custom order the length and finish you need!

Tech Tip: New cables must be lubricated to work correctly. Make this job easier with the use of the "Cable Life" Cable Care Kit. The included tool makes the injection of the lubrication a snap and guarantees smooth action and longer life for your cables. Lubricate before installing makes the task even easier!

Rush Service: With this option your non-stock cables will be manufactured in about 2 days instead of the usual 10-14 days. Standard length cables are usually in stock. Rush service applies to the manufacturing process only, please add a couple of days for shipping from Barnett to Hellriser. To use this option simply add one "Rush service" item for each cable.
