My name is Paolo Ciccone. In 1994 I decided to leave the land of Ducati and Moto Guzzi and move to Santa Cruz CA where, in August of 2001, I started Hellriser Customs. We are here to provide some good old-fashioned, no bullshit service and products to our customers. We know how much effort is put into customizing our rides and know how much time we spend in planning, designing and finally ordering the parts that will make our dream come true. We know the effort that it takes to save that hard earned money and the sacrifices that we often make. We thank you for trusting Hellriser Customs.
Our business has been built by happy riders that appreciate us doing what it takes to give them the best possible service and price. It's that simple. I didn't start Hellriser Customs to fool around. As you might know, starting a new business is a not easy and a major investment, but I wanted to do this to provide something that I haven't seen so far: a quality motorcycle accessories company that focuses on customizing our rides by offering harder to find products. We aren't going to only offer the most common and fast selling items like most other companies/websites do. We were pleased to see that it was a pretty good idea back then as Hellriser was promptly copied by dozens of newly-created companies. Many of them are no longer around as they learned there is more to this than throwing up a website and discounting like crazy. At Hellriser, we understand what it takes to keep the balance between good prices, great customer support and keeping the lights on. We will keep leading the way by creating new, easier features on our website plus programs for our customers and fellow riders.

How Hellriser Customs is different from other companies.

In a nutshell: we know how to customize bikes. As matter of fact, we know how to build bikes from the ground up. At any given day, if you come to our shop, you can find a new project on the lift. We bend, form, cut and weld metal to create new rides. Where others just reprint someone else's catalog (and/or just pick popular items), we have the knowledge and competence to guide you in your purchase. We will always be committed to best possible everyday prices, and not running endless sales or sales that always repeat. We enjoy helping our customers make their rides special and unique.
Hellriser Customs has a special free members area called Hellriser Garage. This is your own space on the Web were you can publish up to 5 pictures (show all your rides and hard work) and share them with all your friends. In addition, you can list all your bikes and review all your accessories, keep wishlists that you can share, show club affiliations, communicate with other members, and lots more. We also find member only deals that show up in your garage as coupons you can use during check-out.

Hellriser Customs is dedicated to our customers in the cruiser world. We are not distracted by snowmobiles, sport bikes, dirt bikes, ATVs or personal watercraft. Nothing wrong with them. We just believe in focusing the business on something we know well in order to relate to our customers experience. Should you own vehicles in any of those other areas, we will be happy to help get those products for you.
