Mail orders

If you don't want to use a credit card to place your order we will be more than glad to help you with your order. The easiest way to send us a mail order is to add all the products that you want to purchase to the Shopping Cart. Enter your zip code and press the "Update" button. The shopping cart will be updated with the total cost and shipping fees (if any). Print this page, obtain a cashier's check or money order for the total and send the order to:

As soon as we receive the order we will send you confirmation via email. At the moment of shipping, we will send you another email with the tracking number. Note for non-domestic and APO orders – due to shipping regulations there are some products that can not be shipped – usually due to it being beyond the size/weight limit or considered a hazardous material.

International Orders

Yes, we ship internationally! We may require confirmation of funds before shipping and/or additional information. This is not because we don't trust you, it's due to the problem all merchants have with fraudulent international orders. Here are a few important facts for our international customers before ordering:

Shipping Charges

All international orders are charged actual shipping costs. This means we charge you exactly what we pay for processing extra paperwork/documentation, shipping costs, and insurance. As these charges are not available until the moment of shipping, we are unable to give an exact shipping total in advance which you will need to approve if it's over the estimated shipping costs we sent you shortly after ordering.

In order to save our international customers even more, we ship international packages with the United States Postal Service. While we are unable to track your package along its journey, you avoid the hefty brokerage fees that are charged by the expedited freight companies such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. However, if you ARE interested in expedited shipping, we can ship with FedEx international priority.

Duties, Customs, and Other Fees

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, regardless of the nature of the delivery, return or exchange. This includes shipping, customs, brokerage fees, fees resulting by customs refusing a package, and all other related costs. More specifically, Duty, Customs fees and all other fees charged by the courier to deliver the goods to the purchaser, are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay all other fees necessary for the release of the goods in the destination country. In the event the customer refuses to pay the additional fees and those fees are charged back to Hellriser Customs, we will charge the amount plus a 9% finance charge.

International Order Handling Fee

There is an $8.00 handling fee applied to all international orders. To avoid long-distance phone charges, try placing your order online first. We currently have the ability to process international orders via the internet for most countries. If we have a concern about the order, we will place a hold on it until the concerns are cleared up.

Ordering Via Fax

If you want to submit your order via fax: please follow the directions for "ordering by mail" listed above, then fax the print out to our fax number at: (831)464-1333. Please make sure to include your complete address, printed clearly. We may not be familiar with the address format for your country, so please be precise. We accept payment via Google, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover – please include a copy of your credit card (front and back) and sign the printed order page before faxing. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, please include both.
