Your personal information at Hellriser Customs is kept completely confidential. We collect only the data that is needed to process your orders and we don't share it with any other company. We are in the business of selling motorcycle parts, not in trading user information. At Hellriser Customs we value privacy at the highest level. Security

Shopping on our website is completely secure. We use encryption (SSL) to keep your data and credit card information completely confidential. Our e-commerce credentials are certified by GoDaddy.com, the largest Domain Registrar in the nation. During "Checkout," when it's time to type your credit card number, check your Web Browser to see that the security feature is activated. Many browsers use a padlock icon to notify you of a secure transaction. When you shop with us your credit card information is encrypted on your PC before it's sent for processing. This makes the system as safe, if not safer, than a "face-to-face" transaction. Google checkout is even easier and does not send any credit card information once you are registered with them. If you have any doubts or concerns feel free to contact us by telephone (831-464-3146 ) or send us an email and we will gladly address any concern. We can process your order over the phone as well.

 

In addition to using encryption, we don't store your credit card numbers in our database. This is to improve security. Your credit card number will be used only to process the current transaction and to obtain the necessary authorization from the bank. After this operation is concluded we don't need to keep it around. This means total safety for you. The security of your transaction is of the utmost importance for us.

In addition, you can be assured that your card will be charged only at the time of shipping for smaller orders. Note, the usual exceptions to this rule are large orders, special orders, non-refundable items, and international customers. The rise in frudulent order attempts has risen dramatically, so we have a responsibility to our customers to ensure orders are valid. In addition, more and more customers are using debit cards instead of credit cards. Credit cards can be pre-authorized and later captured when shipped - but debit cards do not work that way. To get around that, we charge all larger orders immediately. Most international orders are charged upfront and then shipped as quickly as possible when funds are cleared and payment for shipping costs are cleared.

 

Best Price Guarantee

We work hard to give you the best overall deal on motorcycle products. In the event you find the exact same product advertised by somebody else at a lower price we will beat that price. To be eligible for this offer you need to provide a link to the website (URL) or other proof of the advertised price so we can verify it. Note: the total price (product, shipping, fees, taxes, etc.) will be used for comparison. This offer doesn't apply to close-out items, specials, auctions, blemished items, or private sale listings. We will do our best to beat it, but we simply can't sell a product at a price below our cost and in those rare cases, we may decline the match. Everything else is fair game.
 

Shipping and Returns

 
Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Policy: We offer free US domestic (i.e. contiguous 48 US states) ground shipping on orders for which the total of the merchandise (excluding taxes, discounts, and/or other fees) reaches our threshold for free shipping. Due to high shipping costs on oversize items, heavy/bulky items and certain products that have shipping restrictions/requirements, those are excluded from this offer and they are clearly marked in our catalog. These items are typically, but not limited to, large exhaust systems/pipes, fairings, luggage, engines, frames, tires, wheels, batteries, hazardous fluids, large body parts, trailers, etc. - basically items that are considered by all the shipping companies to be too heavy, need special handling, and/or oversize packaging requirements. We will do our best to keep the shipping costs on those items as low as possible. Express shipping and any special request for shipping method will be an additional cost. Should there be an additional shipping charge over the estimate you approved, we will contact you with those costs for approval before shipping.
 

Returns

  • No products may be returned without proper authorization. Return number must be on outside of package.
  • Only the original purchaser with the original invoice may return products.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and be in the original condition - special order parts are not returnable.
  • Products that are received by Hellriser Customs in damaged condition, even as a result of shipper mishandling, will not be refunded. We strongly encourage you to use FedEx or UPS and to fully insure the merchandise. Customer is responsible for properly packaging returned product.
  • All authorized returns other than warranty items are subject to a 20% to 50% restocking fee. 
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping to return parts for all exchanges and returns that are not under warranty.
  • Products received will be inspected upon arrival and customer agrees to abide by our determination of the condition of the return and amount of the credit.
  • All claims for defective or missing parts have to be made by phone no later than 48 hours after receiving delivery of the products.
 

International
We consider all destinations that are not in the contiguous 48 states to be "international" for shipping costs. For international orders the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, regardless the nature of the delivery, return or exchange. This includes shipping, customs, brokerage fees, fees caused by customs refusing the packages and all other related costs. More specifically, Duty, Customs fees and all other fees charged by the courier to deliver the goods to the purchaser, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Hellriser Customs determines shipping costs when order is packed and ready to ship. When shipping costs are approved and paid, the order is shipped. The customer agrees to pay all other fees necessary for the release of the goods in the destination country. In the event the customer refuses to pay the additional fees and those fees are charged back to Hellriser Customs, we will charge the amount plus a 9% finance charge. Any order that is refused and returned to us is not refundable due to all the extra costs incurred with the order. Due to the  rise of  fraudulent international orders, we charge the order when it's placed to give time for payment to clear before shipping. Using a secure payment method like Google Wallet streamlines the payment process. Paypal payment is available upon request.

Special orders and promotional items
Special orders, items sold at special prices (i.e.. blemished, display products, Burnout Alley, bargain bin etc.) are not returnable or refundable. Special orders (over/under sized cables, OEM items, wheels, frames, engines, body parts like swing-arms, fenders, tanks, and anything made specifically for customer) will be charged when order is placed and sale is considered final.

Wheels
All wheels sold by Hellriser Customs are "custom wheels". This means that they are not guaranteed for any specific application. While Hellriser Customs will try its best to suggest a combination of wheel/tire that will fit a given motorcycle model, it's the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the size and fit. All wheels must be installed by a qualified mechanic, some application might require the fabrication of axle spacers and/or the need to shim the brake caliper, brake rotor or other components of the brake system. For wide tire applications, modifications to the frame, fenders or other motorcycle chassis point might be necessary. Hellriser Customs assumes no responsibility for these kinds of modifications. Changing any component of the motorcycle chassis might affect handling and/or the integrity of the motorcycle. Hellriser Customs is not responsible for downtime, shop charges or any other fees caused by delays in installing the parts on the customer's motorcycle. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the parts for defects and missing parts at moment of delivery. All sales of wheels are final. No returns. No refunds. No cancellations.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations of orders can be done either by phone or via email. Orders cannot be considered canceled until we give a verbal or written confirmation that the order was in fact canceled. Simply sending us an email with the request of cancellation does not imply that we actually received the request and that such request has been granted. Custom/special orders can not usually be cancelled once placed. We will do our best to help you.
  • Refusing delivery of an order may incur a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs. Non-domestic orders that are refused at destination are not refundable due to all the additional shipping and handling costs we end up having to pay. Those orders will have a 100% restocking fee.
  • Given the high volume of emails we receive it can take one to two days before we read a given message. If time is of importance, we suggest using the phone or sending a fax.
  • In most cases, cancellation of an order must be requested before your order is processed in order to avoid the restocking fees. Hellriser Customs recommends contacting us within 2 hours after placing an order if you must make a cancellation. However, this does not guarantee you will avoid restocking fees. We process our orders as quickly as possible and the best way to avoid any restocking fees is to be certain of the items you are ordering. As always, we are more than happy too help you via email, fax, or telephone to check fitments, availability, ETAs, etc.
  • Special order items and custom length (longer or shorter than stock length) brake/clutch lines and cables are considered to be a special order and usually can not be canceled.
 

Mistakes, omissions and plain dumbness

From time to time it might happen that we make a mistake in entering a product. We do our best to be as accurate as possible - especially with the price. Now, let's be totally frank about this. If you see a seat listed at $3.50 on our site instead of the expected $350.00, don't expect to be able to buy it for the low price because we "advertised" ? it. We are as honest and precise as we can be, but we are humans and we can make mistakes. Prices and specifications change constantly due to previous errors or clarification of fitments from our suppliers. We do our best to keep up with those changes. We ask you kindly, that whenever there is a matter of contention to let us know and and check the price of a product with the manufacturer. We appreciate the help catching it so we can fix the error, and will do our best to work with you. We reserve the right to change prices and terms of our policy at any time without notice.
