What you can see here are photos of a custom 2003 Yamaha RoadStar that has been completely rebuilt and customized at Hellriser Customs. It's featured in the Jan-Feb 2009 issue of RoadBike Magazine. Only part of the frame and the engine have survived the surgeon's knife. The front-end is a set of Storz-Ceriani inverted forks, black anodized aluminum beauty made to work on the stock neck of the RoadStar by rebuilding the inside of the triple tree. The fenders have been hand-built from raw blanks with a one-off design by Yours Truly. More details in the captions for each picture

Readalert 10 From the front to the back: Storz-Ceriani front-end, Headwinds modified headlight, custom handlebars, Gas Tank, Seat, Hellriser fenders.
Redalert 06 Note how the metal flake sparkles in the sun light
Readalert 11 Custom built coil bracket, pulley-rotor, custom sidemount license plate
Readalert 12 Pulley Rotor with 4-piston caliper. Notice how the fender strut is bent to clear the pulley. Also well visible is the Baron's Nude pulley kit. Kuryakyn turn signals are used just below the seat. Note how the rear-axle ends have been machined to match the turn signals.
Readalert 10 The right side looks gorgeous when there are no rotors to block the sight of the custom PM Wheels.
Fender Strut The original bike as it was delivered to the Hellriser shop
Fender Strut Fabrication of one of the rear fender struts
Fender Strut Detail of the many steps performed to smooth out the frame. In this case I removed the "stumps" that are used for one of the mounting of the original tank. We don't need them anymore and the bike looks a lot better without them. The right side shows the original piece while the left side shows an intermediate stage before closing the whole and making the tube even.
Mockup Final stage of the mock-up. The Dakota-Digital speedometer is visible mounted between the handlebars.
Mockup Final mock-up before paint. Clearly visible is the seat pan and the absence of the seat "horns" afte they have been cut off to make room for the low-profile seat.
Readalert 13 Can't help it, I'm quite proud of my creation. :)
